Chief Executive Officer
Mike has a passion for leadership, protection and service evidenced by more than 25 years in Law Enforcement where he served in a variety of capacities including tactical command, investigations, and administration. In the years since his retirement from Law Enforcement, he has built several successful businesses, consulted on state and local projects, and holds Three patents for security software with several more pending. In addition to his affection for his family, Mike also loves all things aviation and spends his free time improving his physical, mental and spiritual fitness.
Director of Research & Development
Ken Wilson is responsible for the technical architecture and user experiences related to products and services of Securencrypt. He is a 25-year veteran of working within a wide range of technologies. He has previously managed and developed Microsoft.Net software solution for several fortune 500 companies, and has developed a variety of custom software solutions for many more. Ken has a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and holds over fifteen industry certifications, including MCPD Windows Developer, MCPD Enterprise Application Developer, MCTS Windows Applications, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional. He also has Three security software patents to his credit with several more pending.
In addition to having a beautiful mind, Ken is also a wonderful humanitarian and has a passion for all things related to his Scottish heritage.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael brings 15 years of technical team leadership and business expertise from various industries. Prior to joining Securencrypt, he led operational turn-around and product development teams and held P&L responsibility for $100M dollar operations. Michael holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in addition to two engineering degrees. When he’s not spending time with his family, you can generally find him hanging out with his friends Aston Martin, Land Rover, or BMW.
